Terms of Service
These Terms explain the rules for using AI Automation Toolbox, including platform access, subscriptions, AI features, automations, workflows, agents, integrations, and connected services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AI Automation Toolbox, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms presented within the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business or other organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of the Service
AI Automation Toolbox is a software platform for AI-assisted work, workflow creation, scheduled automations, run history, data tools, connected accounts, and related business utilities. The platform may include AI chat, AI agents, workflows, scheduled runs, external integrations, Google services, Microsoft services, email services, payment-related workflows, financial integrations, CRM tools, accounting tools, social media integrations, website or app building tools, hosting-related tools, domain-related services, third-party APIs, and other current or future capabilities.
Not every feature, provider, or integration is available to every user, plan, region, or deployment. Features may depend on your subscription, configuration, connected accounts, third-party service availability, and product changes over time.
3. Eligibility, Registration, and Account Security
You must be able to form a binding contract and comply with applicable law to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate account information and keep it current.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, API keys, connected account credentials, and other access methods. You are responsible for activity under your account, including activity by users you invite or authorize.
You must notify us promptly if you believe your account, credentials, workspace, connected service, or automation has been compromised.
4. Subscription Plans, Trials, Renewals, Cancellation, and Refunds
Paid plans, prices, billing intervals, AI usage options, included credits or balances, and available purchasing options are shown during signup or checkout. The current signup flow may include monthly, yearly, or lifetime options and may distinguish between using your own supported AI provider key and using AI through AI Automation Toolbox.
For subscription plans where a free platform trial is offered, the trial applies only as described at checkout. AI usage, AI balances, provider charges, and other third-party costs may be separate from the platform trial. Lifetime or one-time purchases may not include a trial unless expressly stated at checkout.
Subscriptions renew automatically according to the billing interval presented at checkout unless cancelled before renewal. You may cancel according to the account, billing, or payment-provider controls made available to you. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund prior charges or already-incurred usage.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers such as PayPal or other supported processors. AI Automation Toolbox does not need your payment-provider password to operate checkout, and payment-provider terms may also apply.
Refunds are not guaranteed unless required by law or expressly stated in writing for a specific purchase. If you believe a billing error occurred, contact us promptly so we can review the issue.
5. AI Services and AI-Generated Content
The Service may allow you to use AI chat, AI agents, AI-assisted workflow steps, AI-generated text or other content, and AI-supported analysis or actions. AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, offensive, unsuitable, or inconsistent. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before relying on it, publishing it, sending it, using it for decisions, or allowing it to trigger downstream actions.
If you bring your own supported AI provider key, prompts, files, instructions, outputs, metadata, and related usage may be transmitted to and processed by the provider you select. Your use of that provider remains subject to that provider's terms, privacy policy, pricing, limits, availability, and safety rules.
If you use built-in or managed AI through AI Automation Toolbox, AI processing may involve AI infrastructure or third-party AI providers used by AI Automation Toolbox to deliver the requested functionality. Provider availability, model behavior, costs, and limits may change over time.
AI Automation Toolbox does not promise that AI outputs are correct, legally compliant, non-infringing, suitable for regulated use, or appropriate for any particular purpose.
6. Automation and Agent Actions
The Service may let you create workflows, schedule recurring runs, connect external services, configure agents, send messages, update records, collect data, manage files, interact with business systems, and perform other automated actions. Automations can affect third-party accounts, business records, communications, websites, domain settings, hosted systems, payment-related workflows, CRM data, accounting data, social media accounts, and other connected services.
You are responsible for configuring, testing, monitoring, and reviewing automations and agent actions. You should use appropriate approvals, safeguards, limits, and human review for important, sensitive, regulated, public-facing, financial, legal, healthcare, employment, or high-impact actions.
You are responsible for the consequences of automations you create, schedule, approve, or allow to run from your account, including unintended messages, posts, changes, charges, data transfers, or external API calls.
7. Third-Party Integrations and Connected Services
The Service may support integrations with third-party applications and APIs, including services from Google, Microsoft, email providers, payment providers, financial systems, CRM tools, accounting tools, social media platforms, web data providers, hosting providers, domain and DNS providers, and other services.
Third-party services are not controlled by AI Automation Toolbox. They have their own terms, policies, permissions, pricing, rate limits, data practices, uptime, security requirements, and availability. An integration may stop working or change if a provider changes its API, permissions, pricing, authentication, or service behavior.
When you connect a service using OAuth or another authorization method, you authorize AI Automation Toolbox to access and use that connected service as needed to provide the features and automations you configure. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to connect and use each account, workspace, domain, mailbox, calendar, payment account, CRM, accounting system, social media account, or other service.
8. User Data and User Content
You retain ownership of your data, workflows, prompts, files, records, messages, automations, outputs, and other content you submit to or create with the Service, subject to any rights held by third parties. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your content to AI Automation Toolbox.
You grant AI Automation Toolbox the limited rights needed to host, process, transmit, display, reproduce, and use your content and data to provide, secure, support, maintain, improve, and troubleshoot the Service and to carry out actions you request or configure.
You are responsible for your content, including its legality, accuracy, permissions, confidentiality, backup needs, and compliance with third-party terms. Do not upload, process, or automate content unless you have the rights and permissions to do so.
9. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities
You agree not to misuse the Service or use it in a way that harms AI Automation Toolbox, other users, third-party services, or the public. Prohibited activities include:
- Violating laws, regulations, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or third-party terms.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, networks, credentials, tokens, or connected services.
- Using the Service to send spam, phishing, malware, deceptive content, abusive messages, or unlawful communications.
- Using automations to scrape, overload, bypass limits, or interfere with third-party services in violation of their rules.
- Publishing or generating content that is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, exploitative, or otherwise abusive.
- Using the Service for high-risk decisions or regulated activities without appropriate professional review, permissions, and safeguards.
- Reverse engineering, copying, reselling, sublicensing, or competing with the Service except as allowed by law or written permission.
- Interfering with platform security, integrity, availability, billing, rate limits, monitoring, or abuse-prevention systems.
10. Intellectual Property, Platform Ownership, and Feedback
AI Automation Toolbox and its software, designs, interfaces, workflows, documentation, branding, platform code, templates, and related technology are owned by AI Automation Toolbox or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may use the Service only as permitted by these Terms and your plan. You may not remove proprietary notices or use AI Automation Toolbox branding in a way that suggests endorsement without permission.
If you provide suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or other feedback, you grant AI Automation Toolbox permission to use that feedback without restriction or compensation. This does not give AI Automation Toolbox ownership of your private data or user-created content.
11. Service Availability, Maintenance, and Changes
We aim to provide a useful and reliable platform, but we do not promise uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or 100% uptime. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, outages, security work, provider interruptions, billing issues, network problems, abuse prevention, or events outside our control.
We may add, remove, modify, limit, suspend, rename, or discontinue features, integrations, plans, pricing, usage limits, and technical requirements. Where practical, we try to avoid disrupting active users, but some changes may be necessary for security, reliability, compliance, or provider compatibility.
12. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay amounts owed, create security or operational risk, misuse third-party services, violate acceptable-use rules, or if continued access would expose AI Automation Toolbox or others to legal, security, or business risk.
Suspension or termination may affect your access to workflows, runs, connected accounts, data, hosted tools, domains, automations, schedules, and other platform features. Some information may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy, for legitimate business, legal, security, backup, audit, or dispute-resolution purposes.
13. Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, and Indemnification
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Automation Toolbox disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Automation Toolbox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, security incidents caused by your configuration, third-party service failures, AI output errors, automation mistakes, or unauthorized account use.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AI Automation Toolbox's total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to AI Automation Toolbox for the Service during the three months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you paid nothing during that period.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Automation Toolbox from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses arising from your content, automations, connected services, misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of third-party rights or terms.
14. Changes, Governing Law, Disputes, and Contact
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised Last Updated date. Continued use of the Service after updates become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
Where legally permitted, these Terms and disputes relating to the Service are governed by the laws applicable to AI Automation Toolbox, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Because no verified formal business address, legal entity status, or state of organization was found in the project files reviewed for this page, those details are intentionally not stated here.
Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the issue informally. Contact: darin@aiautomationtoolbox.com.
